It starts with a conversation. We want to understand your story well enough to know whether we're the right fit and what the right approach is. From there, we work together to build the production plan, shoot, edit and deliver. Every client goes through the same experience.

Yes. Every project requires a minimum 50% deposit to reserve your date and begin pre-production. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. We accept payment via card through our secure payment system.

Most projects range anywhere from 3-4 weeks from deposit to delivery, assuming a standard 14 day pre-production window and two rounds of revisions. Rush projects are possible - just reach out and we'll tell you honestly whether the timeline is workable without compromising work.

No - but you need to care about the outcome of your story. Some of our best projects started with an artist or brand who had nothing but a feeling and a reference. That's all we need. We can find the concept together.

Yes. Our roots are here, but we've worked outside the area when the project warrants it. Travel is billed separately.
